The price does not change regardless of the number of colors used. Some special gradient processing and printing on acrylic plates will incur additional charges. Special neon signs are introduced on a special feature page.

You can choose the shape of the acrylic panel from:
① A shape that follows your design
② A rectangular shape

If the length and width are the same, the price will not change regardless of the shape. Please inform us in advance if there is a specific shape or size.

We perform drilling. Please inform us in advance if there are specific requirements for the hole positions.

Basically, there are no size restrictions, and large signs can be produced. Neonpark, in particular, excels at large neon signs.

① Products with a backing plate: For silicone neon tubes and similar products, if the long side exceeds 140cm or the short side exceeds 80cm, we will generally produce it in divided sections. By dividing the backing plate, it is possible to create large works of 300cm (3m) or more.

② Products without a backing plate: For acrylic neon tubes (without a backing plate) and similar products, there are generally no size restrictions.

Insert the plug into a household outlet (100v) in the same way you would with a general home appliance. If you would like to see an overall diagram of the neon sign, please refer to the installation page.

Since we only produce signs, we ask customers to handle installation. Please contact a construction company if needed.

A USB Type-A power supply is also available.

It is possible if you change to a USB specification and prepare a separate battery pack or mobile battery.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the operating time. We do not recommend using it continuously for more than 3 hours. Also, some larger sizes may not be compatible with USB.

Power consumption varies depending on the product size and tube length. We will calculate the appropriate power for your custom sign and include a 12V power transformer (such as 60W, 150W, or 240W) depending on your order for a neon sign or illuminated sign.

The lifespan of a neon sign is estimated to be 6 to 7 years. The tubes of LED neon signs we provide are designed for 30,000 to 40,000 hours of use, which means, theoretically, they can be used for 6 to 9 years if lit for 12 hours a day. However, the lifespan may vary due to deterioration of parts other than the tubes, depending on the installation environment and usage conditions. Therefore, we set the usable life as a sign at 6 to 7 years.

While glass tube neon is also said to last for about 30,000 hours, we believe the average practical service life of LED neon signs is longer due to the fragility of glass tubes and the greater effort required for maintenance.

Products that use LEDs require a power transformer. (Excluding USB type)
Since the specifications required for "general household outlets" and "LED signs" are different, a power transformer (also known as a voltage converter) is required to make the adjustment.
① General household outlet: Voltage = 100V / Current = Alternating Current (AC)
② LED sign: Voltage = 12V / Current = Direct Current (DC)

The power transformer's role is to adjust between ① and ②.
To explain in more detail: The power supplied from a general household outlet is 100V alternating current (AC). Lighting such as neon signs illuminate with 12V direct current (DC). Therefore, it is necessary to convert "100V to 12V" and "AC to DC." The power transformer performs this role.
*Voltage refers to the pressure of electric current and is expressed in volts [V].

Neon tubes themselves do not generate much heat, but the power transformer can get hot, so please place it in a well-ventilated area.

Although we use relatively strong acrylic that is 6mm thick or more, acrylic sheets can crack if dropped or subjected to strong force. Please handle with care.

Brightness can be adjusted using a dimmer (optional). We recommend a dimmer as it also offers special effects such as flashing and fading.

We generally do not recommend it. If the continuous lighting time exceeds 8 hours, taking a break will allow you to use the product for a longer period. If you are using a dimmer, we recommend unplugging it from the outlet to let the power transformer rest, rather than just using the on/off switch.

Double-sided illumination is possible. Many products can be manufactured this way. Please request a quote and specify "double-sided illumination."
Example: By attaching neon tubes to the back of a neon sign's base plate in the same way as the front, double-sided illumination can be achieved.

Neon tubes are available in two sizes: the standard 6mm and a slightly thicker 8mm. The price is the same regardless of which size you choose. The 8mm tube requires a larger overall size for the neon sign. If you mix 6mm and 8mm tubes within a single neon sign, even if they are the same color, the difference in tube width will result in a slight variation in how the color appears.

It can be placed on the ground or floor. There are two ways to do this:

① Lean it against a wall.
② Add one more acrylic panel in front of the neon sign, for a total of two, to make it self-standing and stable.

Silicone tube neon can be used semi-outdoors (under a roof or eaves) by adding the waterproofing option. However, please note that the end caps and power input wire are not waterproof, so please handle with care.

There is no qualification required for using household outlets or installing finished products on walls, etc. However, if you are not using household outlets, or if you are performing electrical wiring work such as connecting copper wires, an electrician's qualification will be necessary.

You may use extension cords and power strips, but since these are general-purpose products that combine with parts not supplied by us, if a malfunction occurs, they will not be covered by the warranty, even within the warranty period.

In consultation with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we offer products that comply with PSE standards. The power transformers are sourced from Japanese manufacturers that have acquired PSE certification. We are also covered by PL (Product Liability) insurance.
