How to install a sign
We do not handle requests or arrangements for installation work. Please note that installation and mounting must be carried out by the customer.
Neon sign (mounted on the wall)
1. Positioning
Press the neon sign against the wall and mark the location of the holes with a pen.
2. Drilling
Use an electric drill to drill a hole at the mark and insert the plug into the hole.
3. Screw fixing
Secure the screws from above the acrylic base plate.
4. Connect to the transformer
Connect the neon sign to the transformer and it will light up. (Completed)
Neon sign (hanging installation)
1. Fixing to the ceiling or pillar
Pass the wire through the screw openings in the neon sign and secure it to the ceiling or pillar.
2. Fix the transformer
The transformer is fixed to the ceiling or installed concealed in the ceiling.
Neon sign (freestanding type)
1. Prepare the acrylic sheet
Prepare an acrylic plate the same size as the acrylic base plate of the neon sign (optional when ordering).
2. Fixing the acrylic plate
Use decorative screws to secure the front and back of the acrylic plate.
3. Transformer connection
Connect the transformer and install it freestanding.
How to mount to the wall

01. Positioning
Hold the neon sign against the wall and mark the hole positions with a pen.

Drill a hole in the marked spot with an electric drill, then insert a plug into the hole.

03. Screw fixing
Fasten the screws from above the acrylic base plate.

04. Connected to the transformer
When the neon sign is connected to the transformer, it lights up. (Complete)
Wall-mounting option

Using decorative screws
If you don't want the acrylic base plate to be flush against the wall, and you want the screws to look good, use decorative screws (purchased separately).

Concealing power cords and transformers within the wall creates a clean installation where no cables are visible.
Suspended installation

01. Fixed to the ceiling or a pillar
Thread the wires through the screw openings of the neon sign and fix them to the ceiling or pillars.

02. Secure the transformer
The transformer is either fixed to the ceiling or concealed within the ceiling space.
Installation of a freestanding type

01. Prepare the acrylic sheet
Prepare an acrylic plate of the same size as the acrylic base plate of the neon sign. (Option available at the time of order)

02. Securing acrylic panels
Secure the front and back of the acrylic panel using cosmetic screws.

03. Transformer Connections
Connect the transformer and install it freestanding.
Dimmer

①Twist Type: This type allows you to adjust the brightness by turning a knob. It offers intuitive, fine-tuned brightness control. The connectors are simple: connect the power input side to the power adapter and the LED output side to the signage during assembly. There is no need to replace batteries or perform other maintenance.
②Remote Control Type: This type allows you to adjust settings using a wireless remote control. It can be operated from a distance from the signage and offers detailed adjustment functions such as speed control (flashing and fade speed), ON/OFF switch, and 60-second delayed shutdown. Since it is battery-powered, regular battery replacement is required.
How to install a dimmer

【Procedure】
1. After installing the product (neon/signboard), connect the main unit's terminal to the dimmer.
2. Connect the dimmer's power terminal to the transformer/AC adapter.
3. Plug into the power outlet and adjust the brightness with the dimmer.
