Shipping

Shipping is free nationwide.
*Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands will cost an additional 1,000 yen or more depending on the size. Please contact us for overseas shipping.

Delivery and shipping information

For custom-made items, we will ship them after they are completed. Standard shipping will generally deliver within one month from the date of order, and express shipping will generally deliver within two weeks.
For ready-made products, if they are in stock, they will be delivered within one week after payment. If they are not in stock, they will be delivered within one month. When the product arrives, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that there are no errors in your order.

About payment methods

We require payment in advance, and accept bank transfers and credit cards. Please contact us for invoice payments and other payment methods.

Credit card payment

An email containing a payment page URL will be sent to your email address. Please access the payment page from the URL in the email and make your payment.

Bank transfer (prepayment)

This is a payment method where you transfer the amount to a designated bank account.
We will send you an "Order Confirmation Email" within one business day of placing your order, which will include the total amount and bank details. Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.
