When I traveled to Korea, I saw many neon signs in places like Myeongdong and thought they were "cool," leaving a strong impression on me. I loved the atmosphere of Korea where these neon signs were installed, and I chose one believing it would suit our store's interior.

—After purchasing online and receiving it, was there any discrepancy between the product image and the actual item?

There was absolutely no discrepancy between the pre-installation image and the actual product; I am extremely satisfied. Everything, including the interior, shelves, and cord length, was designed exactly as planned.

—Have there been any reactions or changes since installing the neon sign?

Customers also love it, saying it's "cute," and almost all of them take photos in front of the neon sign. The design matches the store's background, improving its appearance, and I am very satisfied.
