P-144 x Citraba, located a 2-minute walk from the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station, is a stylish beer pub where you can enjoy craft beer and creative cuisine. It's a collaboration between P-144, a community hub in Ikebukuro, and Citraba, a craft beer bar with locations in Koenji, Nakano, and Arai Yakushi Mae.

Interview with P-144 x Citraba
—Please tell us why you chose neon signs.
We also used neon signs at our Koenji and Nakano stores. For this Ikebukuro store, due to the structure of the building, we couldn't install a signboard outdoors, so we prioritized "being eye-catching" above all else, which led us to choose neon signs.
—Please tell us about the design concept and aim.
The aim is to convey the atmosphere of the store, which is not easily communicated from the exterior.
The character in the neon sign was designed based on the store's original logo.
—Have you seen any reactions or changes since installing the neon signs?
Since installing the neon signs, we've seen an increase in customers who stop by, drawn in by the light. Many customers also post about us on social media, so we really feel the effect. Especially many female customers take photos that include the neon signs, and I feel that this has contributed to increased brand awareness and image.
—Were there any points you noticed or improvements you made after the actual installation?
After actually installing it, I felt that "it might have been better if it was bigger." Next time we create one, I'd like to consider a slightly larger size.
We started communicating with Sign Park via LINE, and I found their quick replies and smooth service to be very good.

Store Impression & Recommendation
With its glass-paneled exterior, the inside of the store is visible, creating a welcoming atmosphere for first-time visitors. The interior is clean, with subdued lighting and sophisticated decor that creates a relaxed adult atmosphere.
All dishes are carefully prepared and elegantly presented. The specialty, "Citraba Chicken with Half a Thigh," is highly praised for its crispy, fragrant skin and moist, juicy meat, which pairs perfectly with alcohol.
Additionally, the menu features a satisfying lineup including sandwiches served with homemade tartar sauce, rich stewed dishes, and well-balanced one-plate meals, ensuring a fulfilling experience no matter what you choose.
Drinks are also a highlight; craft beers are available from the day's selection, and lemon sours range from fruity to refreshing. The extensive drink menu is a welcome feature for both beer lovers and those looking for a quick drink.
The first floor offers standing room, while the second floor features comfortable table seating, accommodating a wide range of occasions from small groups to private parties. It's a comfortable space perfect for a drink after work, a meal with friends, or even a date.
