5. Installation: Lean against, wall mounted, suspended. *Holes are drilled in the acrylic base, so "wall mounting with screws" or "ceiling mounting with wire" are possible. Wires are not included, please prepare them yourself.

For disposal, please note that craftsmen produce each neon sign to order, so we do not hold stock. Due to the manual work of the craftsmen, there may be slight marks on the acrylic panel.

※ Warranty Details

In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, repair, or replacement. However, damage due to negligent self-inflicted fault, human contact depending on the installation location, malfunction due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to material characteristics, and defects caused by use other than the recommended method are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions due to human error or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, losses due to business interruption, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injury during installation work is also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. As silicone tube neon signs are handmade by craftsmen, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if specific hole placement is required.
