※ Warranty Details

In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, repair, or exchange. However, damage due to careless self-negligence, human contact due to installation location, malfunctions due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to material characteristics, and defects caused by use other than recommended methods are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions due to human-made or natural disasters are also not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, re-installation costs after repair or replacement, loss due to business interruption, penalties, etc., are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injuries during installation work are also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Since silicone tube neon signs are handmade by craftsmen, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if specific hole placement is required.
