2. Delivery: Standard delivery 1 month / Express delivery approximately 2 weeks   

3. Material: 6mm silicone tube, acrylic board, 4-5mm drilled holes

4. Accessories: Power adapter, screws

5. Installation: Lean against wall, wall mounted, hanging. *Since holes are drilled in the acrylic base, "wall mounting with screws" or "ceiling mounting with wire" is also possible. Wires are not included, so please provide your own.

When disposing, please note that craftsmen create each neon sign to order, so we do not hold inventory. Due to the craftsmanship, there may be slight marks on the acrylic board.

※ Warranty Details

In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, repair, or replacement. However, the warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, human contact at the installation location, malfunctions due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to material properties, or defects resulting from use other than recommended methods. The warranty also does not cover malfunctions due to man-made or natural disasters. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, loss due to business interruption, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injury during installation work is also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Since silicone tube neon signs are handcrafted by artisans, there may be some individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if specific hole placement is required.
