* Warranty Details
In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will offer a partial refund, repair, or replacement. However, damage due to negligence, human contact depending on the installation location, malfunction, discoloration, or deformation due to weather or environmental factors, or defects resulting from usage methods other than those recommended are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions caused by man-made disasters or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, losses due to business interruption, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injuries sustained during installation work are also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the main body of the sign can be replaced at cost. Since silicone tube neon signs are handmade by artisans, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if you require specific hole placements.
