This is an OPEN CLOSED neon sign.

The design allows for both "OPEN" and "CLOSED" to be displayed on a single neon sign. It will be set up to turn on and off with a switch.

2. Delivery: Standard delivery 1 month / Express delivery approx. 2 weeks   

3. Material: 6mm silicone tube, acrylic board, 4-5mm drilled holes

4. Accessories: Power adapter, screws

5. Installation: Leaning, wall mounting, hanging. *Since holes are drilled in the base acrylic board, "wall mounting with screws" or "ceiling mounting with wires" is also possible. Wires are not included, so please provide your own.

※Caution

For disposal, please have the artisan create each custom-made neon sign from scratch. There may be slight work marks on the acrylic board due to the artisan's work.

※ Warranty Details

In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will offer a partial refund, repair, or replacement. However, damage due to your own negligence, contact with people depending on the installation location, malfunctions, discoloration due to weather or environment, deformation due to material characteristics, and defects caused by use other than the recommended methods are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions due to human error or natural disasters are also not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, losses due to business interruption, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injuries during installation work are also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Since silicone tube neon signs are handmade by artisans, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if you require specific hole placement.
