5. Installation: Leaning, wall mounting, hanging. *Holes are pre-drilled in the acrylic base, so "wall mounting with screws" or "ceiling mounting with wire" is possible. Wire is not included, please provide your own.

When disposing, please note that craftsmen create each neon sign to order, holding stock. There may be some work marks on the acrylic board due to the craftsman's work.

※ Warranty Details

In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, repair, or replacement.However, damage due to self-negligence, human contact due to installation location, malfunctions, discoloration, deformation due to material properties, or defects caused by use outside of recommended methods are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions due to human-made or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, re-installation costs after repair or replacement, loss of business due to downtime, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage or injury to the product during installation work is also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Since silicone tube neon signs are handcrafted by artisans, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if specific hole placement is required.
