3. Materials: 6mm silicone tube, acrylic board, 4-5mm drilled holes

4. Accessories: Power adapter, screws

5. Installation: Leaning, wall mounting, hanging. *The acrylic base board has holes, so it can be "fixed to a wall with screws" or "fixed to the ceiling with wire". Wire is not included, so please provide your own.

For disposal, please have a craftsman make the neon sign to order. There may be slight work marks on the acrylic board due to the craftsman's work.

※ Warranty Details

In the event of damage upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, repair, or replacement. However, damages caused by your own negligence, contact by people due to the installation location, malfunctions due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to the nature of the material, or defects arising from use other than the recommended method are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions due to man-made or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, losses due to business interruption, and penalties are not included in the warranty. Damage or injury to the product during installation work is also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Since silicone tube neon signs are handmade by craftsmen, there may be slight individual differences in the tubes and holes. Please contact us in advance if specific hole placement is required.
